I've been in the process of making an honest effort to cut down on my possessions and clean out my life a little bit. One big step was cutting down on shoes (boots, more importantly). I've had a few pairs sitting in my closet that haven't been worn in ages, and they had to go. These are the two pairs that I have left, and coincidentally, the oldest pairs I owned. I get more wear out of these two options than most shoes in general I own/have owned. I am still hunting for a leather/faux leather pair with a taller heel, but until then, I've got my two dependable pairs of boots, and they're all I need.
*I still have a few other pairs of shoes in my closet, but this post is about the boots alone, because boots are important.
