Currently

Oh man. I haven't done a Currently post in six or seven months. I'd say it's time.

Reading: I'm so embarrassed. I haven't bought any new books in ages, but I've been going through another French history binge, and researching different historical figures. It's satisfying enough, but I would really love to raid a book store soon. Also blogs, of course.

Watching: I started watching Who Do You Think You Are, because I'm nosy and obsessed with family trees. It's pretty interesting, and it's led to the aforementioned French history binge. I've been watching a ton of documentaries on YouTube, usually about different monarchies. I watched a three part series about Versailles over the weekend. I've also been forcing myself to get through season five of Game of Thrones (I hate it so much), because I'm already behind on season six. Let's be real, I'm going to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians too. I need that reality show fix.

Doing: I scheduled this post perfectly, because I completely forgot to mention DEDIM yesterday! I'm doing another little illustration challenge, but instead of having specific topics, I'm leaving my options open. I'll be doing an illustration every day this month, and I'm already having so much fun with it. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I've been taking oatmeal baths every night in an attempt to keep this allergy eczema under control. It's getting better, but it's definitely put a damper on Spring for me. Nonetheless, I'm doing a lot of creative things, and a lot for this blog, and I'm pleased.

Loving: The weather stayed pretty chilly yesterday, and it was wonderful. I'm so grateful for the creative opportunities I've got right now. Also, I've really been getting into classical music.

What have you been up to?

  2. I'm ashamed to say I'm the same on the reading front, though I really liked the above 'Loving' section. Listening to classical music with creative opportunities coming your way sounds pretty idyllic! :)
