After ringing in the season with an pretty severe allergy situation (that I'm still feeling the effects of, unfortunately), a little Spring cleaning and organizing were both very much necessary. Taking everything out of my closet, sorting through it, and finding ways to fit it all back in even more compact than before is an odd hobby of mine. I used to do it to procrastinate from homework when I was in school. Also, that's weird, I know. Anyway, it's obviously the perfect time of year to do just that. I must have been pretty good about my clutter for the last six months, because I only ended up with a small pile that is currently in an oversized box for donation, because I thought big and came out small. That's also how I describe my experience with puberty. I haven't grown taller since I was ten. Not the point.
Anyway, if you're feeling a bit closed in or cluttered at home, I'd suggest getting rid of some unwanted things. It's actually pretty satisfying. Good luck!
If it's no longer your style or taste, let it go.
If you haven't worn it in six months, say goodbye.
If it's been stored away, and you have no need for it, pack it up.
If you know you won't wear it or use it, but it's got too many memories, consider taking a photo of the item. You'll always have the memories anyway.
