DEDIM Part Two (The End)

Ah! Today has been insane, but I'm here, albeit late, with the end of DEDIM!

The second half of DEDIM ended up not seasonally appropriate at all. Whoops. I've been focused on counting down to Fall and looking at furniture/altering my own furniture. Green and light pink velvet are both on my mind, and though I've only really discussed this with my mother, she is definitely an enabler. She's got great taste, and a pretty classic decorating style, and she's still telling me a pink velvet sofa is a good idea. I have to believe her.

The video I mentioned in the second illustration is this one, that I happened to remember after watching an old episode of Never Mind The Buzzcocks on YouTube, featuring said Diana Vickers. I forgot how much I loved the video years ago, and I still love it. It's cute, and I need to live in a house like that. I basically spent the end of the month reminiscing and planning. Basically.

I hope these are sufficient though, and I've thoroughly enjoyed myself with this little series. I'll definitely be doing Inktober in October, and watch this space to see what I'm making in the meantime!

  2. Seriously, I want to just dive into your illustrations and live in their world - everything is so small, perfect and 'in the right place', if you get what I mean? That umbrella, oh my gosh...
