Yet Another Interior Update
I know, I know. It's another one.
I was recently able to pick up a good chunk of items (and I only spent thirty dollars!!!), and I've been collecting more bits and pieces from outdoor plants. My space really feels like it's my own now, and it's so lovely. I'm constantly inspired, and I feel so comfortable.
So what did I get?
I picked up some leafy wire that I've tied off to look like a small wreath. I picked up a bouquet of faux wildflowers and a bundle of real eucalyptus. The wildflowers hang on a new mirror, and the eucalyptus on a new wall sconce.
I'm always looking for a good bust, and I found this one of the Roman goddess Diana for only eight dollars. It was meant to be, and I feel a connection with Diana. It's also pretty nice quality; not Styrofoam or anything flimsy like that.
I've also got a lovely silk cord necklace from JavaharaGems with a Madonna pendant, a sterling silver cross, and a tiny rose quartz piece on it. I adore it, and I actually have another one to wear. (Not sponsored, I bought these on my own, and the shop was so kind.)
The last touch is a cleared out jar from my shelf of three that now houses my growing pressed flower collection. It's a new hobby that has become an addiction. I highly recommend pressing your own. They're nice to have around.
It's safe to say that I'm nearly done at this point. I want to get some more plants and/or flowers, and I'll touch up the paint on the walls when it's Autumn and I can open the window. Other than that, I feel like the space has completely come together. It only took three years. Better late than never, I suppose.
