John Bender

Right, so I threw this outfit together, looked in the mirror, and realized that this look is heavily inspired by John Bender from The Breakfast Club. Case in point: here. Honestly though, that character is a true style icon.

As the weather finally cools down, I'm instantly gravitating towards long, slouchy layers. Knotted dresses, that same long cardigan, oversized hoodies, and a good handful of shirts my dad didn't want so I took. It's not a structured plaid blazer, but it'll do. And I have nothing against those blazers. I'd love to find one for myself. I haven't though.

And can I just wax poetic about Surya Brasil again for a moment? I know I spoke nothing but good about them in this review post, but I still stand by what I said. I've used a few other brands since, and they were absolute trash in comparison. I just wore the polish for 6 days without any chipping. They are my favorite. I am not being paid to say this. I'm just beyond impressed.
