Monochrome Monday

I decided to take my photography in another direction towards the end of 2018, and I haven't dabbled with the good old black-and-white in months. I miss it! So, to satisfy my cravings, I'm starting this new series. Maybe. Probably. I'm so rusty though. These are kind of awful.

These photos are all from Saturday, which was very still for a moment, in the most peaceful way. We sort of had a peak at Spring over the weekend, and it was honestly really exciting. The area had the first tornado watch of the year though, which leads me to wonder how extreme the weather will be in the coming months. I'm really excited about Spring this year anyway. I haven't been so in a while, and it's refreshing. I'm going to plant so many things.

  1. Hahah no no no, let's embrace winter for a couple of weeks more. Haha spring is for some weird reason my least favorite season and I'm not ready to say goodbye to the winter months either. But I do see some posts popping up here and there with fashion and beauty bloggers talking about spring colors etc. But lol, I'll probably start talking about spring soon too! Xx

    1. Ha! I'm in Texas though, sometimes Spring comes earlier here. The seasons are never on the same track as the calendar. I'm sure you will!

  2. Oh, how lovely to have experienced a glimpse of Spring in January! I'm also hugely looking forward to the next season, although here in the UK we have quite a bit longer to wait. I love your photo of your dog :)
